Instructional Quality Analysis

In education, quality is everything. However, in the unregulated field of language training, there is no recognized standard of quality. Evaluations of instruction quality usually take the form of an instructor’s progress reports for individual trainees. This has the effect of shifting the responsibility of learning away from the instructor and to the trainee, and tells nothing about the systemic problems within the instruction or program. This “hire and hope” instruction management has led to huge losses in training investment.

TOZAI refocuses instruction quality analysis on the program itself and its instructors. Applying subjective and objective metrics, we determine the overall training efficiency and cost effectiveness of your program, then propose ways to bring them into line with your organizational requirements. So doing, we can establish clear quality benchmarks and reduce training time and cost.
